Mango Juice (Aamras)

  • Blender


  • 5 mangoes peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • sugar as per taste
  • cardamom optional
  • ice cubes as required


  • Take the peeled and chopped mangoes and toss them into a blender
  • Add the milk, sugar, and cardamom and blend into a smooth paste
  • If you want the consistency to be thinner, add some more milk
  • Refrigerate and serve chilled
  • Garnish with mint leaves if you wish
