Gin is so popular that having an entire day dedicated to everyone’s favourite spirit doesn’t seem like an exaggeration. Which is why we’re celebrating World Gin Day today with this collection of gin cocktails curated by Diageo brand ambassadors and one cocktail from bartender Santosh Kukreti.
Celebrated since 2009, World Gin Day is always the second Saturday in June, founded by gin connoisseurs Neil Houston and Emma Stokes. The event began as a day to commemorate this wonderful concoction by getting people together to explore, experiment and enjoy a glass of their most loved liquid. Without doubt, gin is one of the most popular spirits in India and rightly so, considering that gin and tonic was born right in this country.
Kick back and enjoy your weekend with one of these gin cocktails and get into the spirit of #WorldGinDay.
