21 Fabulous Cocktails To End 2021 In Style


What a year 2021 has been. We can be certain that each one of us went through ups and downs in this roller coaster of a year. Now that it’s the last few hours of the year to go, here are some fabulous cocktails you can end the year with.
1 – BeeYoung Crazy Camel
Ingredients:
20 ml Sugar syrup
30 ml lime juice
30 ml Martini Rosso
45 ml white rum
Ice cubes
Beer for top-up
Dried Orange Wheel to garnish
Directions:
In a rock glass, add ice cubes. Pour sugar syrup, lime juice, Martini Rosso, and white rum. Stir the concoction. Top up with BeeYoung Beer and Garnish with Dried Orange Wheel.
2 – Grapefruit Beer Bellini
Ingredients:
4oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/2oz simple syrup
2 oz Beeyoung beer
1/2oz Prosecco
1 slice grapefruit for garnish
Directions:
Add grapefruit juice and simple syrup to a champagne flute. Top with BeeYoung beer and prosecco. If desired garnish drink with a grapefruit slice.
3 – Roku Hot Up With Yuzu
Ingredients:
30ml Roku Gin
1 tbsp yuzu tea
100-150ml hot water
1 slice of yuzu
A dash of granulated sugar
Directions:
Pour the Roku into a glass and add the yuzu tea. Pour in the hot water and stir with a spoon. Top with a yuzu slice sprinkled with sugar and scorched with a burner.
Garnish: Yuzu slice sprinkled with sugar and scorched with a burner
4 – Fancy Martini
Ingredients:
45ml Roku Gin
45ml Vermouth
Directions: Add ingredients and ice into a mixer, stir and pour into a chilled Coupette
Garnish: A drop of Olive oil and an Amaranth leaf
5 – Roku To Me Baby
Ingredients:
45ml Roku Gin
10ml Fruit Flavor Liqueur
10ml Bitter Liqueur
10ml Hojicha Cordial
1 dash Orange Bitters
Directions: Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard.
Garnish: Orange peel.
6 – Hot Whisky
Ingredients:
Hot Water
1/3rd to 1/4th quarter of the glass of Suntory Whisky Toki
Directions:
Warm a heat-resistant glass by filling it with hot water. Once warm, fill the warm glass with one-third to one-quarter of Suntory Whisky Toki. Add 2-3 times that amount of water. Stir gently with a bar spoon and enjoy.
7 – Floral Highball
Ingredients:
60ml Suntory Whisky Toki
15ml Hibiscus and Rhododendron Cordial
5ml Clarified Lime Juice
A pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
Ginger Ale to top up
Block Ice
Directions:
Build the drink in the glass and stir. Pour in a Highball glass
Garnish: Edible Flower
8 – Toki Highball
Ingredients:
1 part Suntory Whisky Toki
3 parts soda water
Directions:
Add ice to a highball glass and stir to chill. Add Suntory Whisky Toki and stir to chill whisky. Top with soda water. Add lemon peel for garnish.
9 – Oaksmith Kolkata
Ingredients:
50 ml Oaksmith Gold
25 ml Gondhoraj Lemon Juice
25 ml Parijat Syrup
1/2 no. Egg White
Angostura Bitters
Nolen Gur
Ice
Directions:
Add the Nolen Gur and Angostura Bitters to a glass, stir till Gur dissolves. Add ice and Oaksmith Gold. Stir well for at least a minute. Garnish with Hatkora citrus peel.
Garnish: Gondhoraj Lemon Peel for Garnish
10 – Oaksmith Assam
Ingredients:
50ml Oaksmith Gold
25ml Black Pepper and Ginger Syrup
20ml Kaji Nemu juice (Local variety of Assamese Lemons)
200ml Carbonated Orthodox Assam Tea Brew (cooled)
Ice
Directions:
In a soda syphon, add the tea and black pepper and ginger syrup and charge with one CO2 charger. Set aside in a refrigerator. Now in a tall glass with ice, add Oaksmith® Gold and stir to chill the whisky. Now top-up the glass with carbonated Ginger and Black Pepper Assam tea soda. Garnish with a slice of Kaji Nemu.
Garnish: Slice of Kaji Nemu
11 – Oaksmith Goa
Ingredients:
50ml Oaksmith Gold
10 ml Goan Port wine
20 ml Passion fruit pulp
30 ml Orange juice
Ice
Directions:
Shake all ingredients except port wine, together in a shaker full of ice. Strain the mix over one big piece of ice, in an old-fashioned glass. Now gently pour Goan Port wine over the drink so it floats, creating a red layer on top.
12 – Christmas Stolen
Ingredients:
45ml cinnamon-infused bourbon whiskey
90ml Jimmy’s Whisky sour mix
Directions:
Shake with lots of ice and serve over ice. Garnish with an orange peel and a cinnamon stick
13 – Bubbly Bees Knees
Ingredients:
50 ml Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin
25 ml Lemon Juice
20 ml Runny Honey
40 ml G. H. Mumm Champagne
Directions:
Shake the Monkey 47 gin, lemon juice and runny honey with ice. Strain into a coupe or champagne saucer/ flute. Top with champagne and garnish with lemon zest or a wheel.
14 – EspressOak
Ingredients:
30ml Oaken Glow
30ml Espresso
A spoonful (120 – 150ml ) of vanilla ice cream
Directions:
This cocktail is curated by mixing all ingredients well with some ice cubes (in a cocktail shaker). Pour out into a whiskey glass and serve with a chocolate stick/roll.
15 – Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
35ml Jameson
10ml Demerara and Muscovado sugar syrup
30ml lightly whipped double cream
90ml medium roasted espresso coffee
30ml lightly whipped double cream
1 vanilla pod or cinnamon for garnish
Fresh grated nutmeg
Directions:
Dissolve two parts Demerara sugar and one part of Muscovado sugar in three parts of boiling water for the syrup. Stir sugar syrup into 35ml Jameson in a warmed glass. Whip 30ml chilled double cream lightly until it starts to stiffen. Brew a 45ml shot of coffee into the glass from your espresso machine. Reload and brew in a second 45ml shot. Pour the whipped cream into the coffee over the back of a spoon so it floats on top. Garnish with a trimmed vanilla pod or a stick of cinnamon and dust with a grating of fresh nutmeg.
16 – Absolut Mistletoe
Ingredients:
45ml Absolut vodka
90 Cranberry Juice
10ml Lime Juice
Lemon- Lime soda for top up
1 sprig mint Leaf
1 sprig Red Currant
Directions:
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes. Add Absolut Vodka, cranberry juice and lime juice. Top up with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a mint leaf and red currant.
17 – Pomegranate Negroni
Ingredients:
40ml Beefeater Dry
30ml Campari
25ml Lillet Blanc
10ml pomegranate juice
2 dashes orange bitters
Orange twist for garnish
Directions:
This cocktail is curated by mixing all ingredients well with some ice (in a cocktail shaker). Stir until its chilled, strain into class and add ice, and garnish. Top with soda for a twist on an Americano.
18 – Bailey’s White Russian
Ingredients:
60ml Baileys
60ml Kahlua
60ml Whipped Cream
Directions:
Pour an equivalent amount (60ml) of Baileys, Kahlua, and fresh whipped cream into a glass. Stir until the mixture is chilled. Add a dollop of Whipped Cream to the tip
19 – Royalty
Ingredients:
60ml Black & White Scotch
10ml Cinnamon Syrup
20ml Lime Juice
100ml Ginger Ale
3-4 Cubes of Ice
Directions:
Fill your highball glass with some ice and pour 60ml Black & White Scotch Whisky into it. Pour 20ml fresh lime juice and 10ml cinnamon syrup on top. Top it with ginger ale.
20 – Made in Scotland
Ingredients:
60ml Singleton
10ml Sugar Syrup
20 ml Lime Juice
3 Slices Cucumber
4 Sprigs Mint
Cucumber slice with mint to garnish
Directions:
Add 3 cucumber slices and 4 mint sprigs to a cocktail shaker. Combine 60 ml, Singleton, 20 ml lime juice and 10 ml sugar syrup in a mixing bowl. Garnish it with a cucumber slice with mint
21 – Tanqueray Gin & Juice
Ingredients:
60ml Tanqueray Gin
30ml Orange Juice
30ml Pineapple Juice
3-4 Cubes of Ice
1 Lime Wedge
Directions:
Fill your cocktail glass with some ice and pour 60ml Tanqueray Gin into it. Add 30ml orange juice and 30ml pineapple juice to it. Pinch 1 lime wedge and take a sip.
