10 Gin Cocktail Recipes To Try Today

Any day is a good day to have a gin cocktail but none better than World Gin Day. To celebrate the occasion,  here’s a selection of ten cocktails you can make with Roku Gin, Tanqueray Gin and Gordon’s. The cocktails from Gordon’s Gin and Tanqueray have been curated by Diageo India Brand Ambassador Mayur Marne who has put together refreshing DIY gin cocktails that one can enjoy at home.

1 – Roku Tonic

Ingredients:

30 ml Roku Gin

120 ml Tonic

Ginger sticks, as per your preference

Method:

Add all ingredients and build

Serve over cubed ice in a highball glass

Garnish with ginger slices

 2 – Roku Sonic

Ingredients:

30 ml Roku Gin

60 ml Tonic Water

60 ml Soda Water

Lime Garnish, as per preference

Method:

Add ice to a highball glass and stir to chill glass

Add Roku Gin and stir to chill

Top with tonic

3 – Roku Sour

Ingredients:

60 ml Roku Gin

10 ml Matcha Tea

1 Egg White

Yuzu Wheel for garnish

Method:

Add egg whites to the shaker and shake to aerate

Add Roku Gin and Matcha tea and shake

Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a Yuzu wheel

4 – Roku Negroni

Ingredients:

30 ml Roku Gin

15 ml Umeshu

15 ml Campari

Orange Zest, as per preference

Method:

Add all ingredients and build

Serve over a large cube of ice in an Old Fashioned glass

Garnish with orange zest

5 – Tanqueray Breakfast Martini

Ingredients:

Tanqueray London Dry gin: 50 ml

Orange Marmalade: 1 tbsp

Lime juice: 20 ml

Method:

Add all the ingredients to a shaker

Shake with ice and double strain in a martini glass

Garnish: Orange Zest

Glassware: Martini

6 – Botanical Garden

Ingredients:

Tanqueray London Dry gin: 50 ml

Honey: 20 ml

Fresh Mint leaves: 5 no

Fresh Ginger juice: 10 ml

Fresh cucumber slice: 3 no

Tonic Water: 150 ml

Method:

Muddle cucumber slice in a shaker and then add other ingredients

Shake with ice and double Strain in a wine glass

Fill the glass with cubed ice & top with tonic water

Gently stir to mix.

Garnish: Fresh Cucumber strips

Glassware: Wine Glass

7 – Melon Treat

Ingredients:

Tanqueray London Dry gin: 50 ml

Fresh Watermelon chunks: 4 no

Fresh Honeydew Melon chunks: 4 no

Ginger Ale: 150 ml

Method:

Add watermelon and honeydew melon in a highball glass and muddle gently

Pour Tanqueray gin, cubed ice & top with ginger ale

Gently stir to mix.

Garnish: Thin slice of Watermelon

8 – Gordon’s Bee

Ingredients:

Gordon’s London Dry gin: 50ml

Lime juice: 20ml

Floral Honey: 20ml

Method:

Add all the ingredients to a shaker

Shake with ice and double strain in a martini glass

Garnish: Edible Flower

Glassware: Martini

9 – Gordon’s Basil Smash

Ingredients:

Gordon’s London Dry Gin 50 ml

Fresh Basil Leaves 6 no

Lime Juice 20 ml

Sugar syrup 10ml

Method:

Muddle Basil

Add all the other ingredients and shake with ice

Add fresh ice cubes and pour liquid into an old-fashioned glass

Garnish: Fresh Basil Leaves

Glassware: Old Fashioned

10 – Aromatic G&T

Ingredients:

Gordon’s London Dry gin: 50 ml

Fresh Rosemary stick: 2 no

Fresh Orange wedge: 2 no

Tonic water: 100ml

Method:

Squeeze an orange wedge into a clean balloon glass then drop-in

Add the rosemary sprig & gin; then swirl well to infuse

Fill the glass with cubed ice & top with tonic water

Gently stir to mix.

Garnish: Fresh Rosemary and orange wedge

Glassware: Wine Glass
